Building a Sukkah in Hepzibah

Local people building a Sukkah for the Jewish holiday Sukkot in the Hepzibah neighborhood of Netanya, a seaside town north of Tel Aviv. This neighborhood is populated entirely by Ethiopian Jews. Just a few years ago the neighborhood was a mess, gang violence, drugs, kids dropping out of school. Now it’s been cleaned up, by the residents themselves with partnerships from the local city hall and local NGOs.
